“Happy Trails” has great parking, large covered front porch, the covered carport, and seating around the outdoor fire pit. The safety fenced pool has sun decking available for another entertainment area. Your Frio River access is a short distance from the house. Don’t ride off into the sunset without reserving this home for your next trip to the Frio River!

Non-peak March 1st - May 14th $360/night

Winter Rate: September 16 – February 28 $295/night

During the peak season, Sunday - Thursday is a three night minimum and any reservation that includes a Friday or Saturday is a four night minimum.

All year there is 10% tax plus a one-time charge to the guest of $60 ( this includes the starter kits Frio provides as well as the sheets )

Discounted rates do not include special events and holidays. Minimum night/rate requirements apply.
